Pet food Color Injection System PCI
The FTNON Pet food Color Injection System PCI has proven to create very efficient in-line coloring, without disturbing the extrusion process.
The coloring agent is injected directly into the mono pump of the pet food product hopper. This means that one mono pump is connected to the color injection system. This enables operation with or without colored product.
Pet food Extrusion Unit PEE
The extrusion unit is executed for installation in a wet pet food line, located over the belt of the steam tunnel. The unit will form ropes or a slab ready for cooking. The hopper of the extruder is executed with a fixed dividing plate.Contact Us
Pet food Steam Tunnel PST
The steam tunnel is utilized for heating an emulsion from + 5° C up to ± 90° C core, depending on capacity, rope size, specific heat and recipe.
The tunnel mainly exists of 2 chambers through which a processing belt is continuously running. The tunnel is sealed on both sides with water locks. The top hood can be lifted automatically for easy cleaning purposes. The bottom hood is bolted and can be opened for maintenance purposes. Heat is transferred to the product in 2 ways:
- Steam injected into the top hood condenses on the product surface and heats the emulsion
- The steam injected below the processing belt condenses on the belt and heats the emulsion from the bottom
Pet food Cutter PEC
The cutting unit of the Pet food cutter PEC mainly consists of 1 shafte quipped with blades installed in a framework, all in stainless steel. The speed of the shaft can be adjusted with a frequency controller. By altering the RPM of the shaft, the length of the product can be changed. The total cutting unit can be adjusted under a variable angle (0°/45°). This means that the chunks can be cut at angle between 90° and 45°. The scraper and the counter-knife are always stationary and the cutter-knife turns without touching the counter-knife.Contact Us
