for raw material containers

This new washing machine from Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) is suitable for the cleaning of synthetic, wooden or metal containers, with which the various raw materials are delivered to the production.

The containers are supplied by a transport system. The first tipping station turns the containers 180°. The aim of the tipping operation is to discharge as much product debris and dirt as possible, before the containers are transported into the washing machine. Here the containers are washed on the inside and the outside, by means of a spray ball in combination with flat-jet sprays. After cleaning, a second tipping station turns the containers to the right position. Then they are put on a transport system and discharged.

If desired, a blow-off or drying installation can be placed after the washing machine.
