FTNON Washing cabinet

for dolavs

This FTNON washing cabinet is suitable for the cleaning of dolavs with dimensions up to 1,200 x 1,200 x 1,200 mm (lxwxh). The dolav is placed on the door by means of e.g. a pallet truck and locked. The safety gate which guards the machine is closed. After pressing the start button, the door tips and the machine closes. The installation cannot be started, before the safety gate is in the correct position.

The washing programme can consist of the following operations:

• thorough pre-washing with cold water or water at 45° C.
• actual cleaning with hot water, ca. 65° C.
• rinsing with warm or cold water, for the discharge of any residues left behind

The time of each operation can be changed. Cleaning takes place on the inside and outside, by a rotating arm with flat-jet sprays. The sprays can be adjusted in such a way that an optimal cleaning result is achieved. Rinsing is effected by a separate circular rinsing pipe with fresh water. After the rinsing is stopped, the door stays closed for a certain time (adjustable) to let the water flow out of the dolav and to extract steam. Then the door opens automatically. After removing the safety gate, the dolav can be taken out of the machine.
