FTNON Tipping system

for dolavs and containers

With the FTNON tipping system for dolavs, fragile products can be brought into the production line in a smooth way, whereby the product flow is controlled to a maximum. The system also functions as a hopper.

The dolav is placed in the hoisting part of the tipping system, e.g. by a pallet truck or a forklift truck. After starting the installation, the complete dolav is tipped electrically, until it is situated upside down above the belt. Moreover, a special thumper device is integrated in the system. Subsequently, the product rolls out of the dolav onto a set of spreader belts.

After the dolav is emptied, it returns to the infeed position. Finally, the dolav can be taken out of the installation.
