The swan neck conveyor belts of Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) are designed to dose and to elevate products with a wide variety in product dimensions and which are highly sensible in respect of damage. This in combination with a simple cleaning of the belt and minimal loss of product.
The side guides can be easily hinged. Furthermore, the belt can be de-tensioned in such a way, that the complete frame is accessible for cleaning.

A special nose roll, which is bent downwards, reduces falling heights and minimises the amount of product adhering to the belt.
