To reduce product handling, the trays can be transported to the employees at the work stations.

The employees take the product out off the tray, in one action with the preparation. The empty trays are automatically discharged to the infeed side of the prep line. One operator takes care of the supply and discharge of trays.

The prepared product is transported further on a belt, in a flume or in a tray.
