FTNON Product-in-crate washing machine

for washing salads, vegetables and fruit

In order to achieve greater flexibility, products used in differing quantities in production, can be washed in a FTNON product-in-crate washing machine, e.g. cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, salads, fruit etc.
For this purpose, crates filled with products are loaded manually or automatically into the washing machine. The crates are conveyed through the installation on a double plastic chain. An optimum washing is achieved by injecting air or water into the washing water. Next to the washing installation there is a full-flow static filter which cleanses the washing water continuously. After washing, the crates are manually op automatically unloaded and - for example - placed on a drying grid.

In order to cool down both products and washing water efficiently, it is possible to fit a cooling coil in the machine as an optional extra.

  • suitable for crates and baskets in various sizes and materials
