With this product-in-crate centrifuge all types of salads and vegetables such as leeks, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, parsley, endives, iceberg lettuce etc. can be centrifuged in their own rectangular crates.

The crates can be introduced into the machine manually or automatically. The lid is provided with a counterweight, so that the centrifuge can be opened and closed ergonomically. The lid is made of clear plastic and has a handle.

Starting the centrifuge is controlled by closing the lid. A separate emergency stop is also provided. The speed and duration of operation of the centrifuge are continuously variable.

After centrifuging, the crates can be removed either manually or automatically. In addition to the product-in-crate centrifuge, a product-in-basket centrifuge is available from Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON).
