The pallet washing machine of Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) is especially developed for the cleaning and drying of wooden or synthetic pallets.
A completely automated installation consists of a destacking unit, a turning station, a washing machine, a drying installation, a turning station and a stacking unit.
The pallets are supplied in stacks 10 or 12 high and destacked. The turning station turns the pallets to the vertical position, before they are transported to the washing machine. In this station optimal cleaning is effected. After cleaning and drying a second turning station turns the pallets to the horizontal position, before they are stacked.
Cleaning and disinfection take place in the various washing, rinsing and disinfection zones.
Drying is carried out with the help of fans and warm air.
