for (stacks of) trays

With the help of the FTNON lifting systems separate trays or stacks of trays - empty or with product - can be brought to a higher production area.

The placing of separate trays in the lifting system can be effected manually or fully automatically. Dollies with stacks of trays are usually placed in the hoisting frame by hand. After closing the safety fence, the system can be put into operation by pressing the start button. Guides take care that the stacks are transported in the right position. At the higher level a manipulator brings the trays one by one to the next production process. The empty dolly is brought down and discharged by hand.

The FTNON lifting systems can also transport dolavs, buckets or barrels. Around the lift shafts safety fences are provided in order to guarantee the safety of the operating personnel.
