FTNON Hydration system

for pallets

This system is used for the hydration of mushrooms in trays on pallets. The pallets with mushrooms are fed into and out of the hydration system by hand or automatically. The system is made out of stainless steel plate, on which strengthening ribs are welded. With the help of square profiles the complete system stands free from the bottom. Water and vacuum pumps take care of the filling and emptying resp. the vacuumization and devacuumization of the system.

The process runs fully automatically. The desired process parameters, such as hydration times, aeration times, waiting periods, vacuum level etc. can be completely independently set. In this way a constant, equal treatment of the mushrooms is guaranteed. Furthermore, the chance of product damage is limited to a minimum.
