Water bath system

The FTNON flume washer is pre-eminently designed for washing and mixing different products, such as salads and vegetables.

The system is constructed according to the latest demands in the field of hygiene. It consists of a water bath with various water injection points. In this way turbulence is created and even dirty products can be washed firmly.

After washing, the products leave the machine by a dewatering belt or a vibrating system. The used water is constantly filtered. Discharge of impurities can take place by a static filter or a rotating drum filter.

As the installation can be easily and quickly cleaned, it is possible to realise short product changeover times.
