FTNON Dosing/pre-weighing system

for composing various kinds of mixtures

The FTNON dosing/pre-weighing system is often used for composing various kinds of mixtures. Depending on the number of products, the dosing/pre-weighing system consists of one or more independent weighing units. The products are supplied in trays or containers and tipped in the storage hoppers. The control of the quantity of products takes place by an ultrasonic sensor.

Under each storage hopper a vibration deck is mounted. At the outfeed side of the vibration deck there are located 2 valves, controlled by a scale. The first valve takes care of a product supply of 80%. The second of a supply of 20% for the fine dosing. The product is collected in a weighing hopper, supported by loadcells. As soon as the set weight is achieved, the valve of the weighing hopper opens. The product falls on a discharge belt or in a mobile hopper, if several systems have to be fed by the weighing hopper.

The outfeed of the different components to the mixing system takes place in layers, so that an optimal mixing process is guaranteed.The installation is constructed so that the chance of product damage is limited to a minimum.
