after sterilisation

In order to optimise the capacity of your autoclaves, cooling after sterilisation can take place in a separate cooling installation.

The baskets containing sterilised product are brought into the cooling installation by a transport track. The installation consists of one or more sections, each with its own cooling unit and pump circuit. By means of special spray plates, it is possible to distribute chilled water evenly over the baskets and to achieve an optimal cooling.

The transport of baskets can be completely automated.

• automatic or manual basket transport
• can be coupled to loading/unloading system for autoclaves
• delivery including or excluding cooling units
• delivery with or without insulation
