FTNON Continuous flow feed system for multi-head installations

for various products

A regular flow of product towards the multi-head weighing machine is essential for the packing of foodstuffs. In order to allow this flow to proceed as efficiently as possible, Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) has developed various flow feed systems for multi-head installations.

System 1.

The product moves forward on a special swan-necked conveyor belt or V-shape belt and arrives on a hygienically finished measuring belt. This belt ensures that the product is bought to the weighing machine in regular and correct amounts. The construction is reversible for efficient cleaning.

System 2.

Products are transported in crates. By means of a lift and a handling device the crates are individually placed on a supply roller conveyor. The products are emptied from the crates onto a conveyor belt. This equalises product flow and ensures a constant supply to the cone of the multi-head weighing machine.
