FTNON Brining/syruping installation
for tins and jars
The brining/syruping installation of Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) is used to fill off liquids into tins or jars.
The brine or syrup is brought from a buffer tank into the filling installation. The machine consists of a cascade system with a chain conveyor running underneath.
Over a curved plate the brine or syrup flows to the tins/jars which are transported underneath the pouring stream.
The surplus liquid falls into a collecting bin which is mounted under the chain conveyor.
By means of a sieve this collected liquid flows back to the buffer tank.
