FTNON Prep lines – Automatic mixing lines

The automatic mixing lines are based on the merry-go-round systems and provided with a built-in weighing control.

The employees are divided in small groups which each fill their own weighing hopper. When all weighing hoppers are filled to the right weight, they are unloaded at the same time.

In this way the right composition of a product mix is guaranteed.

• product outfeed possible by belt or flume system
