FTNON Automatic loading/unloading system

for autoclaves

The loading/unloading system of Food Technology Noord-Oost Nederland B.V. (FTNON) is specially developed for the automation of:

• loading and unloading autoclaves
• filling and emptying baskets
• basket transport
• intermediate sheets handling

The products are fed and grouped by conveyor systems. The filling and emptying of the baskets takes place at the loading and unloading stations. If necessary, between the different layers of product, intermediate sheets are inserted or removed automatically. Chain conveyors transport the baskets from and to the loading and unloading stations and from and to the autoclaves.
You can opt for complete or partial automation. Integration into your existing production line is also possible.

• using conveyors with bridge or shuttle system
